Signature Healing Programs
The following healing programs were designed based on shadow work. Each unique program workbook can be a self-guided journey, or I can personally coach you along your journey. Healing sessions can be done in harmony with your program as needed. Together we can heal one day at a time!
All Programs are available as Self-Guided or Guided with coaching sessions.
Self- Guided Program Options: Programs are available in eBook (digital), Program Binder (by Request) or specific Program Bundle Kits.
Guided Program Options: Programs are also available in eBook (digital), Program Binder (by Request) or specific Program Bundle Kits. Coaching is available in 2 options for the programs, a la carte single sessions or the purchase of a monthly Coaching pack. With the monthly no-commitment type plan, you are retaining Andrea for the month with a pre-set number of coaching & healing sessions along with access to Andrea via email throughout the month. You may also book a la carte healing sessions as needed.
Both Coaching & Healing Sessions can be held In-Person or Remote.

The custom Shadow Work based programs were designed for a deep learning process of understanding & accepting the hidden and often uncomfortable parts of yourself that you deny. These programs focus on exploring and integrating your “shadow self” including repressed emotions, fears & negative traits. This will allow for increased self-awareness, improved emotional regulation and acceptance of your whole self. This work is beneficial in understanding your personal triggers, improving relationships, enhancing creativity and part of trauma therapy.
Shadow work is a powerful tool in recognizing subconscious trauma into conscious awareness. It can also be integrated into trauma coaching. These programs have been designed to help you along your healing journey.

Journey to Alignment 7 Month Program
Align with a transformative odyssey of self-discovery as you unlock the secrets of your chakras, releasing the negative energy stored within each energy center (fears, insecurities and repressed emotions). This program will allow you to actively work to acknowledge, understand and heal these parts to achieve greater balance and inner harmony. 7 months is recommended as a guide to work on a different chakra each month but, you may work at your own pace.

Rising Goddess 2 Month Program
Sexual assault and abuse trauma therapy is designed to help survivors process the emotional and psychological aftermath of sexual violence.
This program is essential for supporting survivors in their recovery journey and helping them navigate the lasting effects of sexual violence. 2 months is recommended as a guide but, you may work at your own pace.
