It all begins with healing. Maybe you are a domestic violence/abuse survivor. Perhaps you were in a toxic and emotionally abusive relationship or survived a narcissist. These relationships most commonly fall in the romantic capacity, but sometimes the relationship is with family, friends and even employers. If you have endured these types of abuse that has caused you trauma, pain or shame and you are ready to take the steps and embark on the path to healing, this program is for you. The program is designed to meet in a small intimate group weekly for the duration of the program. You will receive a program kit that consists of the program workbook, tools and materials. The meetings will allow anyone to share their stories. Some will not want to and some may need to be heard. Some hold on to trauma from not being heard, believed or allowed to tell their story and we provide that if you wish. We will discuss progress, share stories and even do some additional work during these weekly workshops. You are not alone. Start your journey to heal one day at a time!
